Hong Kong Victoria Park- Content is written in house (Non-English speaking people)
Today I am sharing about the fun and experience I had in Victoria Park which is in Hong Kong, where I have been for my last picnic.
In our childhood days we used to go to the park which is near house or schools right? There we used to play all kind of games and also with the play ground equipments provided in the play ground. But when I entered the Victoria Park it was really amazing compared to other parks in Hong Kong.
As we enter the Victoria Park there is a statue of Queen Victoria at the entrance, on the Causeway Road. Not only is the statue interesting the whole Victoria Park is filled with nature.
Victoria Park is very attractive and feels very safe; it’s a lovely British-style arboretum and traditional park, with winding paths. We find neatly labeled trees of all kinds, benches and a large bowling club. Beautiful place to walk and enjoy the feeling of not being bustled and generally for all the travelers of Hong Kong.
There was a pedestrian overpass at the park we took a walk across which leaded us to a fishing village. It’s a very interesting park for all local and tourists to send a peaceful day. Victoria Park had a excellent track for runners, a playground for children where they can have real fun; a garden and many paths to walk casually.
We visited Victoria Park just before the Chinese New Year; there was a biggest flower fair in Hong Kong. We were very happy to buy different kinds of flowers and we just walked around the park breathing in the fragrant air.
Victoria Park is famous for its green space; it is equipped with different play ground equipments for children’s and an outdoor swimming pool. Here several sports events are held. The park is also combined with mini-zoo which holds birds and animals like peacocks and turtles.
I enjoyed the picnic which made me very happy, so I would suggest all the readers to visit Victoria Park in Hong Kong.
